Chicken Club

Members of the Chicken Club make sure our feathered friends are well-fed, well-watered, and living in a clean, comfy coop. In return, the hens gift us with fresh eggs—nature’s little breakfast packages! These eggs are shared with our community, so if you’d like to be on the “egg list,” just sign up on the Garden Club bulletin board across from the office. Your future omelets will thank you.

Chicken Club for Kids (Grades 3–6)
The Chicken Club gathers one day a week after school from 3:00–4:30 pm for a season of chicken care, egg collecting, and coop-keeping adventures. We meet from late August to late October, then again in the spring from March to May.

If your child would like to join the flock, please contact Angie. Space is limited, and there may be a waiting list… our hens are popular ladies.
